· Отель новый, идеальная чистота, расположение прекрасное - 10-15 минут спокойным шагом от центра, ночью тихо, можно спать с открытыми окнами, что мы и делали. Во всем соблюдён стиль в соответствии с названием отеля. Останавливались в люксе. Две большие комнаты, два отличных телевизора (в спальне смарт), сейф, халаты-тапки, чай-кофе. Косметика в дозаторах. Большие шкафы, много места для вещей. В принципе в люксе можно разместиться и трём-четырём взрослым, и семье с детьми. Убирают отлично, рано утром во время завтрака. Белье меняют раз в два дня. Прекрасно работает рецепция. Проблемы-вопросы-ответы - на отлично. Дополнительные просьбы перед заездом в отель тоже были выполнены безукоризненно, за что отдельное спасибо. Завтраки в кафе за углом. Несмотря на огромное количество путешествий и гостиниц такой опыт был впервые. Кафе «Миссис Хадсон» - уютное, стильное. Дизайнеру комплекса респект. Меню завтраков и кафе в целом тоже выдержаны максимально в британском стиле, насколько это возможно. Завтраки очень сытные, приготовлены по-домашнему вкусно (первое блюдо, десерт). Готовят минут 10-15, все свежайшее. Выбор из пяти позиций. В стоимость завтрака входит чай-кофе. Дополнительно можно заказать или отдельные блюда из меню завтраков, или напитки. В кафе мы также иногда обедали и ужинали, остались довольны. Меню небольшое, но отлично отработанное. Парковка в подземном гараже сразу за кафе. Вполне безопасная, шлагбаум и ворота открывают по звонку на рецепцию. Отель понравился, рекомендую безоговорочно. Не понравилось · Придираться не хочется, единственное, что портило впечатление - постоянные мешки с бельём и ещё чем-то, которые горничные оставляли на этаже, и они там по полдня стояли. Жаль было красивых холлов и коридоров). Но это скорее пожелание)

One of the gems among Lviv's hotels. Its super-easy access to the town centre. Great location near some public parks. The staff are easy going and helpful. The rooms on the street side can be noisy if there's lot of traffic (cobbles make for noisy traffic - if you're sensitive to that.). Breakfast is at the cafe around the corner - same ownership I think. Breakfast could be a bit better...

Despite the fact we gave to this hotel only four points, we would recommend it to our friends and we definitely will. It is a nice, tastefully decorated and well-furnished hotel with a good sleeping comfort and very nice and helpful staff, ready to solve immediately any of your problem. We had an opportunity to meet the hotel manager just after our arrival and it was clear from the first view that she is a really caring and devoted person. The hotel is located in a walking distance to the city center and it is a three-story, 120+ year old but perfectly renovated building. Everything in the room was working perfectly – shower, TV, A/C, dimming curtains … So, why we put just four point? We did not especially like two mattresses on a double bed, making a gap between the couple and we were missing central light in the room. We also disliked the noise made by cleaning lady rather early in the morning and the necessity to go to the nearby café for breakfast (which is, by the way, nice as well). As for the breakfast, it is nice, tasty, and there is well enough of food for a good start of a day. It is served in two courses and the guests have couple of choices in each. And that is the problem. First we were missing such obvious things like fresh fruit, flakes and yoghurt, and second, the portions are so big that hardly anyone can eat it all, which means a lot of wasting. Probably a combination of a buffet with above mentioned stuff and one served course would be a solution that could limit wasting of food, energy and human resources. But, as we said at the very beginning, we liked the hotel and we will be glad to be back within our next visit to Lviv.

Две комнаты с телевизорами, включен обильный завтрак, чисто, сейф, приветливый персонал, рядом с центром. На третьем этаже нет вида т. к. чердачное окно, нет холодильника, можно было бы повесить в ванной стаканы для зубных щеток.

Я предпочитаю рассказать о всех плюсах и минусах, а решать уже Вам, выбирать ли этот отель для проживания. "+" 1. Отличные завтраки, очень вкусно; 2. Администраторы на ресепшене очень. внимательны; 3. Отель новый. "-" 1. Перед отелем несколько улиц ремонтируют асфальтовую часть, пыль столбом стоит, с самого утра работает техника, крики. 2. очень сильная слышимость; 3. Парковки перед отелем нет, есть платный подземный паркинг. В него можно попасть с улицы (с отеля входа нет); 4. Нет фена. из принадлежностей есть только шампунь и мыло для рук. 5. В ванне душ открывается ( 2 стеклянные двери), но нет стоперов. Надо быть аккуратным чтоб не разбить их.
