Расположен отель очень удачно, неплохие номера. Завтрак вкусный, сытный. В номере достаточно чисто. Но телевизор не работает. И самое главное- ужасный запах в номере. Такое чувство, что какой то запах пытались скрыть, и от этого стало ещё хуже. Выветрить это все не получилось никак. К утру ничего не поменялось!

Отдыхали с молодым человеком во Львове в июле 2021 года. В отель заселялись на 3 дня. Уборка. Её за эти дни, видимо, и не было, даже банально вынести мусор из номера. Питание. У нас были только завтраки. Мне питание показалось скудноватым (уже была во Львове, тоже в отеле 3*, поэтому есть, с чем сравнивать). Из напитков был сок, чай, кофе, вода. Из еды каша гречневая, жареные яйца, сосиски, оладьи, печенье и тп. Мы приходили на завтрак чуть позже, что зря, приходилось стоять в очереди, чтобы наложить себе поесть. Тарелки почему-то были грязные, но их забрали и заменили на чистые. Столы все заняты, поэтому приходилось либо ждать освободившийся и завтракать с чужой грязной посудой на столе, либо подсаживаться к чужим людям. Номер. К нему претензий нет. В номере есть кондиционер, холодильник, стол, стул, зеркало, полка для чемодана, фен. Расположение действительно очень удобное. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины, клуб, торговые центры.
