16.08.2021 поселился с семьей, спустился в ресторан покушать, в 20.44 заказал бургер, в 21.41 его принесли, но он был просто холодный, картошка фри была холодная, ну вот просто как будто ее только вытянули из морозилки. Попросил книгу жалоб сказали ее отменили, попросил позвать повара , так сказали что пересменка и он ушёл ! Первый раз пишу отзыв тут, но взбесило очень, был в дороге 4 часа и очень хотелось есть, но не судьба !!!

Отличный отель в индустриальном стиле. Новые, красивые номера, сам фасад яркий и выделяется на фоне Львовской архитектуры. Очень близко к центру города. Персонал вежливый, приветливый, есть свой ресторан и закрытая парковка. Завтраки обычные, небольшой выбор на шведском столе, но этого вполне достаточно. Пару замечаний все же имеется: 1) Постоянно надо выходить из машины и идти на ресепшн, чтобы открыли шлагбаум, когда сигналишь - не обращают внимания. Там вроде и есть охранник, который смотрит камеры, но толку ноль. Администраторы меняются и приходится каждый раз заново объяснять, что мы здесь проживаем, пропустите. Сделайте кнопку вызова в отель на шлагбауме, если не можете запомнить автомобиль и увидеть, что он подъехал. 2) Очень долго приходится ждать заказ в ресторане, даже если нет других посетителей или их крайне мало. Пиво / коктейль из бара несут тоже долго. Расширьте персонал на кухне - не справляются. Ждать целый час обычный салат при посадке в три человека - не серьезно. В остальном все супер. Остались в целом довольны пребыванием здесь.

A great Hotel, I have stayed there with my girlfriend for a week and I'm impressed. The rooms are stylish and not like any other Hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. the room service is doing a great job in keeping everything clean and refilled. Lviv is such a beautiful city and this hotel underlines its beauty. I can't wait to come back.

This is a nice place to stay if you're looking for something young, trendy, and not too pretentious. The rooms are small but well equipped. The walls in most rooms are dark (black, red, etc) which does not necessarily reconcile with sleep. The restaurant is in line with a 3 star hotel. The reception staff is nice and friendly and they make an effort to help. The position of the hotel is not the best in town, but there is a lot at walking distance.

Номер чистый, большая и очень удобная кровать, много удобных подушек. В номере есть всё необходимое, даже сейф. В номере ждал комплимент в виде бутылочки эксклюзивного пива. Удобно, что есть 2 бесплатные бутылочки негазированной воды. Просторный душ отдельно от туалета. Двери в душ стеклянные, но, если вдруг кто-то стесняется, то можно зашторить эту дверь, для этого предусмотрена плотная непрозрачная штора. В отеле очень вкусный завтрак. WiFi работает отлично на территории всего отеля. Фото на сайте соответствуют реальности. Я останавливалась в отеле без автомобиля, но обратила внимание на небольшую собственную парковку. Также видела гостей з небольшими породами собак.

Modern hotel, great food, nice a**osphere, clean rooms, good service, water to the room, nice chris**as decoratins. Unfortunately, the whole impression is spoiled by very poorly soundproofed rooms, pity.
