Ужасно!!!!! Много писать не стоит- якобы 9,2 балла booking- а в итоге: грязный ковролин в номере, отклеившиеся обои, платная стоянка на бесплатной стоянке на дороге улицы. Но круче всего- застряли в лифте с детьми- не работает вентиляция, кнопка вызова также молчит, позвонили по телефону- персонал отеля даже не был удивлён. В итоге у детей нервный срыв и приступы паники- будем подавать в суд. P.s.- это все в день рождения и подарки от отеля вышеописанные.

Гостиница Шопен разместилась в старинном здании, практически в центре города в очень тихом месте, рядом с небольшим сквериком на который выходит половина окон отеля. С окон второй половины открывается чудесный вид на дворец Потоцких и парк рядом с ним. Отель очень колоритный. Номера оформлены в классическом стиле и имеют хорошую шумоизоляцию. Бронировали семейный полулюкс. Номер состоит из двух комнат в каждой из который есть удобная кровать, рабочий стол, телевизор, чайник с набором для приготовления чая или кофе и бесплатная бутилированная вода. Помимо этого, есть минибар, одежный шкаф с сейфом и вешалка для верхней одежды. Ванная комната небольшая, но хорошо оборудованная. В стоимость номера входил разнообразный завтрак шведский стол и бесплатный Wi-Fi. Паркинг платный и предоставляется по цене 100 грн в сутки. Хороший отель. С удовольствием вернусь сюда еще.

On check in window was open heating was off, near to 7 degrees temperature at 12:45 am, elevator not working, even though they told us go ahead use it, it was a horror story, got stuck in it, following day we ask can we use it, answer 50/50, as I read the reviews abou t elevator is being going on for long time not working, the beds in room was not comfortable,

Очень понравился фасад отеля и его местоположение) ты в центре, Окна смотрят на палац Потоцких, интересные интерьеры) очень рекомендую) тихо, вкусно на завтраке и хороший сервис) был в номере стандарт, но реально номер как хороший полулюкс)
