The property did not respond to an email sent through its website enquiring about transportation. At check-in, I was presented with a short order form for breakfast. I chose crepes without jam and granola. The following morning at breakfast, I got crepes with jam and no granola. My room was comfortable although the bed was a little soft for me. The refrigerator was not plugged in which was a waste of time. There is a nice heated towel rail in the bathroom with a nice shower. The room was quiet. The hotel is well located to shopping (mainly souvenir shops), bars and restaurants.

Amazing place in the heart of the old Lviv. The location can't be better, it is few steps from the Rynok Place. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The building is the historical mansion from XIX century, once owned by prominent Horowitz family. It's impeccably renovated. We had an apar**ent on the 4th floor, which can be a challenge if you have mobility problems. But we were okay. The room was spacious had a separate kitchen area and the small common area upstairs. The breakfast was perfect. Due to Covid rules you have to order it in advance and you can have it in their common space or delivered to the room, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially we want to thank Nikita, who helped us with the luggage and explanations. We will definitely come back.

Hotel in the heart of the old part of Lviv. Hotel located in old house but inside every thing was new and perfect.Staff was frendly and profesional.No lift it is a problem for older people.Our room on the first floor was smal but with new furnitures and verry clean .Bed was perfect Bathroom was warm and very clean .Climatisation on demand worked perfect.Breakfest very tasty and made with fresh products served by waiter .

Beautiful hotel in the inner city of Lviv. The hotel was very welcoming after a long trip and allowed us to check in early. Beds and rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Beautiful interior with solid wood floors and trim. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly!
