Basic, but comfortable. Handy to Arundel, and Brooklands was a bit over an hour away. Staff VERY helpful. We extended our stay by one night. Had to change rooms but the new room was ready to move straight in to. After a few nights in older hotels with stairs, just being able to wheel our bags into our room was a bonus. Not keen on having to step over/into a bath rather than a walk in shower. Bit old fashioned. Room was spacious and clean. No noise issues. No A/C, only a fan, could be an issue over summer

Hotel staff very professional and welcoming. The room was a good size and clean. The room was a good size, easy to control heating and windows that opened. Comfortable beds, tea, coffee and biscuits including decaf coffee. Easy quick drive into Arundel.

The rooms are a good size and staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The problems with this hotel was the smell of dampness in the room, just before we left we found the net curtain had mould on them in a few places. Toilet didn't flush very well and don't use the cold tap on the shower as the hot water is not very hot.

Our stay not successful. Tried to get into the shower and mat would not stick. Went to put shower on and it broke in my hand couldn’t turn it off and get soaked before I could get in it flooded the floor as the head of shower broken too.

A great place to stay! Nice and clean, warm and comfy. Lovely staff and a good car park. Very peaceful. Can’t go wrong; I’ve been coming here for 23 years now and I still think it’s fantastic.

Overall not great experience. Hotel appeared clean but didn’t feel clean. Linen smelt horrible kind of dusty. Pillows were horrible really unappealing - looked old and tatty. Towels were meant to be white but were sort of dirty white. Breakfast was poor not much for vegetarian or vegan - not hard to find vegan bacon or sausages nowadays. Some bananas and avocados would have been great and coffee was super weak.

This hotel is absolutely lovely , it’s lovely and clean . Staff are very friendly and welcoming . Mahamied who was currently training was very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for him . I witnessed him help a few elderly people with their breakfast . He really is a credit to the team there . Any questions he would answer with no problem at all. The breakfast was also lovely there was a good choice of ceral , cooked, toast, yoghurt and fruit . The room was lovely that we had lovely and clean and the tea and coffee and biscuits were filled up daily . Honestly one of the best places I have stayed . I give this hotel more then 5 stars ⭐️ it’s is that fab . Thankyou for making my stay with my grandmother so lovely and welcoming . Will defo be back

We thought the property, service etc were excellent, and as we only had a breakfast this was excellent too.
The only downside, and this is being very picky, was the tired look of some of the bedroom furniture. Other than that everything was very good.
