Too much dust and dirty room. No shower gel in the bathroom. I told staff about it. They sayd sorry.

The bathroom requires major cleaning and units replaced. I opted not to use the shower due to the state of the showerhead and bathtub.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Plus the lack of any wifi or phone signal on the bottom floor made it impossible to relax.
Although there is a kettle and instant coffee, no cups in which to make anything.

The customer service was very good at reception, where I was greeted warmly and sincerely. The room had everything that I needed and was a good stay.

75£ pour une nuit seule. Entré dans la chambre, le chauffage était éteint. Je l'ai allumé et il y avait une température correcte 1h après. Pas de brosse dans les WC ! J'ai du en demander une à la réception. Aucune prise de courant près du lit. Donc pas de possibilité de brancher mon appareil pour l'apnée du sommeil. On entend marcher les clients de la chambre du dessus. Cela dit, le gardien du soir est très sympathique... Mais cela ne fera pas remonter ma note. C'est cher pour ce que c'est.

What a dire place this is!! We, unfortunately, spent 2 nights here. The mattress was so hard my whole body aches. The pull out single bed had a very old, very tired and dirty, thin mattress. Every single spring could be felt. The ‘King’ bed is just a double. No carpets. The sofa was liquid stained with who know what! At nearly £85 a night it wasn’t worth it by any means. No WiFi. It advertises noise proof rooms!! What a lie. We could hear everyone. Free toiletries consist of 2 sachets of shower gel. The only good thing was the shower.

It is pretty shabby, surrounded by parked trucks, and no Wi Fi! Have recently removed bottles of shampoo and now provide 2 sachets of shower gel. A fine place for 1 night if you need to get up and out quickly the next day, but not a destination in any way shape or form
