We had a terrible experience at the Inn during the solar eclipse of 2024. We paid a steep $650/night for an apar**ent with 3 bedrooms that was simply falling apart and incredibly dirty; traveling with two young children, this made our stay a nigh**are. 2 out of the 3 nights spent there, the furnaces were not working so no heating (after a blizzard!) and no hot water. The furnaces were eventually restarted but only late at night, and the furnace room had to be left wide open in the middle of the main hallway which was a huge hazard with young kids. One of the beds was covered in insect carcasses. All sink faucet handles were broken, and the sinks would not drain water so we had to wash our hands in 10 seconds or the water would overflow. A power switch was broken, leaving cables uncovered. There was a huge layer of dust everywhere, the kitchen cabinets were streaked of black, the shower floor was stained black. Internet worked maybe 10% of the time. Breakfast was very simple (which is fine). What left us most disappointed is that we complained about the lack of heating and we were told by the managers โsorry, but we addressed the issuesโ implying that we had no right to complain. We were still not able to shower 2 out of 3 days and had to leave with a furnace room open in the middle of our living space, so we thought that this was a very inconsiderate answer to give. We will certainly not be back and we do not recommend this place to anyone.
