We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this lovely B&B. Jason and Yvonne were so friendly and helpful and cooked a perfect full English and veggie full English. Lovely clean room, great location in Lynmouth and very reasonably priced. Do book it up directly!

Stopped off here on our cycling trip with friends. Lovely people stored our bikes in a safe lockup for the night. They even gave us a lift to the restaurant we booked about a mile out of town. Very comfortable, clean and friendly well worth the stop.

What a special stay this was. I was given a room with a four poster bed and bath, gratefully received as I’d just finished The Two Moors Way walk. My dog loved his welcome box and was made very welcome. My boots were dried, Amazon parcels were received for me and the staff were all so kind. I felt really looked after. Breakfast was tasty and it was an incredible location with the sound of the river outside. Thank you!

We booked the Orchard House Hotel based on price and availability, without reading any reviews. It is extraordinarily good value with lots of little luxury touches like homemade biscuits and fudge in the room. Now I have read other reviews I can totally agree with everyone on how helpful the team are, and how delicious the breakfast is. They even managed to find me Marmite for my toast! We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Warm, welcoming and accommodating. Yvonne was exceptional host. The breakfast was incredible, with delicious fresh food. The room was comfortable for myself and our dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Recommended.

Lovely stay at this cosy hotel. Very dog friendly, offering a welcome pack for our dog. Location good, clean and cosy rooms. Breakfast was great, also catered for my gluten free partner. We did not want for anything. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Lynton & Lynmouth. Many thanks to Yvonne, Jason and their team

What a lovely place! A beautiful old building with lovely rooms and a very warm welcome. I really enjoyed breakfast and had a lovely chat with a member of the hotel team. Really very good value too. Parking is extra but I still think that’s fine considering the excellent value and lovely welcome. A great find and Lynmouth and Lynton are just stunningly beautiful. Definitely coming back!!

We get looked after so well every time we go to orchard house hotel Yvonne Jason Michelle and caroline are just amazing hosts they make us feel at home and nothing is a problem, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms so clean I cant recommend them enough 👌👍

What a truly authentic English gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout & well equipped, we had a very comfortable, well appointed room with a thoroughly modern en-suite. Surpassed only by the welcoming & attentive staff, we truly felt this was a home-from-home & even better, because of the views & location. Whether it’s a cream tea, G&T, or soak in the hot-tub, this is THE place to say… & the breakfast was top notch too! Thank you Caroline & all at Orchard House.
