Was in a quiet area and the best continental breakfast ever! Highly suggest this hotel and recommend

Property staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Lou was busy training another employee and welcoming guests. When I came back down to the lobby shortly after checking in there was Lou wiping and cleaning to ensure the next guest entered a clean and sanitary front desk and lobby area. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. This is where we will stay again!

We had an unplanned stay at this hotel because a sewage pipe broke under our house and we needed to vacate so it could be fixed. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool for my 3-year-old and a kitchenette so we could easily wash my baby's bottles. The free breakfast was much better than a continental breakfast. There were eggs, meat, and potatoes available every day. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and sympathetic to our situation. Especially Jenny. We were disappointed because my son didn't get to swim for a couple days and we came downstairs on our last day to find out that the hotel was going to begin renovations on the pool that day. I told Jenny that my son had really been looking forward to swimming. Then a couple hours later, Jenny went out of her way to let me know that the renovations were postponed and my son could go swimming one last time before we left. For being a pet friendly hotel, I thought it was very clean and quiet. I like that the floors are vinyl and not carpeted. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff.

Very sad ! The quality and services went downhill quickly in front of my eyes in the last 24 months. I usually stay here due to location but will pick another brand instead. I booked on 1st floor in advance but not available upon arrival. Then they added the parking fee but take no responsibilities ? !! The room smelled awful, dogs are every where including elevator cars, no basic utensil in the kitchen unless you asked and asked, no oatmeal on breakfast counter - "we have none for today" as told. But the over or repeat charge for taxes is the worst (see photo of my bill) . Called to resolve this but site manager only available around 12 noon :( . Time to book with other brands just around the corner.

I checked into a king deluxe suite on Friday 12 Jan 2024 and I was checking out 16 Jan 2024 and I needed space due to myself having PTSD from overseas. On my very first day I went for a swim around 11pm and upon getting back to my room I tried to take a shower and ran the water for 30 mins COLD. I went down cold still wet from the pool to tell them. They moved me to a smaller room that had a tub shower and this room was not what I paid for. That room was giving me triggers. The next morning I moved back to room 141. The original room I had. I complained and told them I stay locally and if there’s any way I can get the night back for the room I paid for and the manager told me she couldn’t do it. But I can get 25% off which was $108. I felt like they should have done right and just comp’d me a night for the room I had but couldn’t stay in the first night. I don’t want to pay extra money for something like that. That put a nasty taste in my mouth. And it sucks leaving this review. I just wanted the night I paid for in the room I paid for. This hotel is so close to my job I tried it out because every few months I have to get away from my family and people to clear my head and I needed a safe place. And the first night I wasn’t provided that. I loved my room and I felt like this could be my new place I stay when I get triggers, guess not. 600 bucks for 4 days the money wasn’t and option. Customer service and making wrongs right would have been the best thing. I fought for this
