I don’t usually leave reviews for motels, but I want to mention that this place is very nice. Staff if kind and knowledgeable, room was very clean and neat. Hallways are clean. For the price you can’t beat it in that area! Very pleased with my stay

Loved this cheap, locally owned hotel for visiting Seattle on a budget. Just a 30 minute drive from downtown, this quaint hotel provided everything we needed for our trip. We were greeted by friendly staff, who even provided us with a phone charger upon request. Our room was clean with plenty of space for our luggage and a fridge and microwave. We took advantage of the grab-and-go breakfast counter (cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, toast) in the lobby both mornings. Lynwood seemed like a safe, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Located on busy highway. Bed small, price good. Breakfast not extensive but adequate. Thin walls, you hear a lot of your neighbors. Clean.
