Very friendly check in by Kevin, the proprietor. We had a ground floor room with countryside views which were lovely. It was so peaceful! The room was comfortable, well furnished and equipped to a good standard. Breakfast cooked by Kevin was excellent with generous, well cooked portions. The property is well placed to explore Lynton and a car is essential.Lynmouth but the information provided by ******* is incorrect when it states that it’s only a seven minute walk to Lynton‘s cliff railway. The Exmoor Hotel is nearly three miles from Lynton.

We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and quiet, a comfortable room with a fantastic shower, lovely and unhurried breakfast. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, Kevin was friendly and attentive. Rooms were airy and bright, bed was very comfotable, great sleep. Breakfast was well cooked and very tasty with good produce. Plenty of choice. Compliments to the chef!! Would definately stay here again.

A quaint little house in a beautiful area of the country. The Hosts were friendly and had good tips for visiting the area. The breakfast was great. My only complaint was that the beds were a bit “aged” - they were the least comfortable of our trip this far.
