Ollie greeted us with a warm welcome showing us to our room. The bedroom was lovely and clean and comfortable. With a view of the moors. The breakfast was gorgeous and very tasty , served by Gregg and the cooking by Jacqui, the owners of Lee House. Who were both very friendly and chatty. Which Gary and I love. Thank you very much for our stay in your lovely house. And we look forward to visiting you again.

Our third stay at Lee House and it was just like coming home. We were on a four night break to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a delicious cream tea on arrival and it was lovely to see Gregg and Jacqui again. We stayed in the Garden room which was immaculate as always and it has a patio area. We did sit outside on Easter Sunday and enjoyed the late afternoon sun . The bed was so comfortable and I slept better than I have done at home!! The breakfasts prepared by Jacqui are amazing and there is so much choice. Jacqui makes her own jams and marmalade which are delicious and you can buy jars to take home. Jacqui and Gregg have thought of everything and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are very easy to talk to and so helpful with trip suggestions and recommend places to eat. The B&B is ideally situated for the Valley of the Rocks, Lynmouth and the cliff railway, the coast path and Watersmeet. Jacqui and Gregg are so welcoming and friendly. We had an anniversary bottle left in our room on our anniversary which was so appreciated by us both. All in all it is the best B&B we have ever stayed in and we can highly recommend it. We will be going back again next year. Thank you so much Gregg and Jacqui.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and made to feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. A good location for me to access to the SW coast path and the amenities in Lynton, together with the cliff railway down into Lynmouth. Gregg and Jacqui were great hosts: friendly and helpful. I will be happy to stay here again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Lee House, we turned up early and Gregg welcomed us in out of the rain and presented us with a fantasic complimentary cream tea. He then showed us to our room , it was was very clean and very well decorated, super comfy bed and come with a balcony with stunning views. The breakfast was superb with such a large choice, the car park at the rear of the property was a added bonus, many thanks Gregg and Jaquie for the warmly welcome, we will be back again at some point, Paul & Sue

Gregg & Jacqui the owners have everything you need in their lovely place. Comfy, spotless and a relaxed professional environment. Lovely home made jams if that’s your thing and great selection for breakfast all made to order. 2nd time we have stayed and would recommend without hesitation. We’ll 100% be back for sure.

My partner and I spent two nights at Lee House as a birthday treat and we were not disappointed. Greg and Jacqui, our hosts were so welcoming. Their house is beautiful and the bedrooms very comfortable and clean. After booking I realised that the house was located on a road and was worried that it may be noisy but it was not at all. The breakfasts were also delicious and filling.

Lee House is exceptional. The best b and b we have stayed in. The selection of food available for breakfast could not have been better in a 5 star hotel. They catered for my dietary needs and the presentation of the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. I am sure we will be visiting again. Thanks to Gregg and Jacqui.

Gregg and Jacqui made us very welcome from the start. We found the parking by using Google Earth as we were arriving early and parked there while we walked around Lynton waiting for our 3pm check in. There was no issue with parking throughout our visit. We had a garden room which was very clean, light, spacious and airy. In fact the whole of Lee House was the same. We were made to feel welcome throughout our stay and Gregg greeted us each morning before breakfast, always chatty and helpful with organising our day out or suggesting other options or recommending places to eat or drink in Lynton. The breakfast room was very cosy and breakfast was as big or small as you like but always well prepared and delicious. Although the weather while we stayed there was pretty grim at times, the break was made enjoyable by having stayed here, and if we were looking for a break in that area again, we wouldn't hesitate to book Lee House. Thank you so much Gregg and Jacqui.

Our stay at Lee House was everything we hoped for and more. Our hosts were genuinely attentive and sensitive to all our needs. The rooms were immaculate and the food superb. If we were able to return to the area we would seek out a return visit to Lee House without hesitation. Thank you for your care and consideration.
