Perfect bank holiday getaway to stay at lynton twinned with Lynmouth. Ideal location with amazing view of bay. Alison & Victor the owners make your experience double enjoyable. Always there guiding you about tours or location. Alison shared her immense knowledge on beehive as she is a beekeeper herself, sharing home made honey at breakfast. Victor take lot of effort to make your breakfast experience amazing. Clean property with all amenities. They run honest bar, which is open always unmanned (wow who does that now a days). Their linen smelt the best fabric conditioner

Had an amazing weekend staying at Sinai House. Alison and Vic were the perfect hosts and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend. We stayed in room 7 and the views were excellent, especially when the sun was shining. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bath was an added bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, I really enjoyed their full English and the scrambled egg and smoke salmon was some of the best eggs I've ever had. On Alisons recommendation we walked along to Lee Bay which was a really lovely gem tucked away on the Lee Abbey Estate. Cannot wait to go back!

Lovely bedroom (stayed in room 3) with stunning sea view. Very comfortable bed. Victor and Alison are great hosts and offer fab breakfast choices. Ingredients used are high quality, beautifully cooked /presented - with bonus of scrummy homemade options including muffins, granola and breakfast loaf ... plus their own honey. ... And of course it's a beautiful location with amazing walks as soon as you step outside the door. Highly recommended

This is a five star stay… Alison and Victor are amazing hosts.. the property is absolutely spotless the bed the pillows the linen were all better than five star hotels I’ve stayed in… if you book here you won’t be disappointed … oh the the breakfast menu and quality were the best too… I can’t speak more highly of this establishment

We enjoyed our stay here very much; it was a very comfortable room with lots of thoughtful touches and great views. We were provided with a fantastic breakfast too with a lot of choice. We made use of the guest lounge and enjoyed the fresh milk which was made available for our teas and coffees in room. The entrance to the hotel is tight but OK and do check your Sat Nav takes you through the town into Lynway and not into the southern part of Lynway which is has no access to the guest house. Also check your Spam inbox as the guest house had very helpfully sent directions which had unfortunately got lost in there and were seen too late. If you are concerned about parking, there is a large public car park at the bottom of the hill. This was a fabulous place to stay for our planned walks to Woody Bay and NT Watersmeet, a highly recommended guest house and we would happily return.

We were made to feel so welcome at Sinai House. Our room was so comfortable and spacious with a lovely sea view. We had actually booked a room with a partial sea view but we were kindly offered this room on arrival. There are so many thoughtful touches, especially the breakfast which has an amazing choice of homemade options, with lots of gluten free choices. I also booked a packed lunch which was ideal for walking, Alison even made me a homemade gluten free muffin. Alison and Victor are lovely hosts - I could not recommend Sinai House more!

Spent 6 nights at Sinai Hotel. Could not fault anything. Hospitality and food made for a great stay. Alison was always available for advice on best places to visit, and Vic's extensive breakfast menu was first class, he always took the time to greet us everyday. at the end of breakfast. The location, meant everything in Lynton was walkable, position gives great views. All in all a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would certainly visit again. Dave and Beryl.
