The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to train station. There is a big shopping mall opposite the hotel but close on Sunday. The hotel has a big kids area and provided comfortable environment

Spotlessly clean. The bath towels were brand new, very soft and comfortable. The pillows were also incredibly comfy. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, and it's super close to the train station, which is very convenient.

Great location in& out train travels.
Not so for cars to enter to check in/out because the access is limited for non- public transportations.
Even Uber let is off 200 meters away.

The decor is very modern and upscale. The bed is huge, and we paid extra to upgrade to a suite with a comfortable living room. The bathroom and shower are separate, with a very spacious shower area and double sinks. The toiletries are high-end, and the location is super convenient, right outside the train station.

The hotel is very close to the station, so the access is excellent.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, and I was very satisfied.
The staff at the reception were kind, and when they realized we were tourists, they kindly showed us recommended sightseeing spots and explained how to get around using a railway map.
The next day, a staff member who spoke Japanese assisted us, which made me very happy.

The room was spacious and clean, and getting around was very convenient. Breakfast was also quite plentiful. The only slight drawback was waiting over an hour to check in (we arrived around 3 PM).
