Overall it is nice, except some of the facility is old, the Ms and MR in the reception are very polite and gentle that make you warm as at home, the breakfast in the hotel is nice but always the same : bread milk butter bacon ham…

The receptionists were very friendly and the check in and check out process was very fast. The room was also just right for my stay. Everything was clean.

The staff are welcoming and very responsive to our requests. The breakfast is good but not substantial enough for my taste. The room for three people is spacious. The bathroom could do with some hooks for our belongings, and there were no cups or other amenities.

Location and cleanliness is superb. Microwave, fridge and kitchen supplies are a plus. Very close to tram stations. Check in process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again.

The place looks nothing like the pictures, everything is stained and outdated like the carpets and the walls have marks on them. There is no room service. Breakfast was disappointing I asked to see before I pay the €18 per day and it was disappointing. Usually there is one person on the check in desk so it took me 30mins to check in because there was someone I front of me. The room had a kettle pots and pans and plate and cutlery which would’ve have been good had they not been dirty. Looked like they were just kept there from the previous guests. Also worth mentioning your room will not get cleaned and the amenities will not get changed or restocked.

The check-in process. I arrived at 10 PM and discovered it was impossible to access the property without first completing an online registration to get an access code. The most frustrating part was having to pay the city tax separately online before receiving this crucial code. Why isn't this tax included directly in the total price when booking online? It would avoid cumbersome steps on a smartphone in front of the door late at night, especially when the room is already paid for. Automation should simplify the customer's life, not add administrative hurdles in the middle of the night. I do not recommend this establishment if you're looking for a smooth experience.

Walkable distance to the tram station to go to city center.
But the lights of the hotels itself and the rooms is quite dark.
The hotel is a bit old but acceptable.
