Не отель, а сплошное разочарование. Кровати с торчащими пружинами, очень грязно в номере, волосы, песок, ванна текла, унитаз засорился (оказывается бумагу туда спускать нельзя, но при этом мусорное ведро стоит в 2 метрах от унитаза).. В ванной комнате запах сырости и сауны одновременно. Кондиционер в комнате шумит как ненормальный. Всё, что написано на сайте - вранье! Ни скидки на основное меню ресторана тем, кто проживает в отеле, ни комплимента от шеф-повара при заказе ужина из основного меню.. девочки-официантки разводят руками! Не профессионально, товарищи! Кроме того, в ресторане также очень грязно - скатерти, диваны - кошмар.. В принципе идея отеля прикольная, в интерьере много интересных моментов, видно, что в своё время кто-то очень постарался.. Считаем, что необходимо "поставить" грамотного управленца и наладить работу отеля и внешний вид ресторана, ибо шеф-повар старается - всё что мы пробовали оказалось очень вкусным.

Отличное место! Каждый месяц ездим сюда с друзьями в сауну, которая находится на нижнем этаже. Часто делают скидки как постоянным клиентам, что приятно. Сауна очень просторная - посередине зала находится большой стол, за которым удобно сидеть большой компанией. Также купель с холодной водой, куда приятно окунуться после парилки. Также большое джакузи с подсветкой, где приятно расслабиться. Парилка тоже современная, с камнями, куда можно лить воду для поднятия температуры и хорошего пара! Есть еще лежаки для отдыха в основном зале. Видно что хозява заведения подошли с душой к созданию уюта этого заведения, куда хочется возвращаться снова. Вспоминается библейское высказывание из письма Колоссянам: "И все, что делаете, делайте от души, как для Господа, а не для человеков".

Добрый день! 29.01.2022 года мы праздновали в данном ресторане юбилей очень уважаемого человека. Банкеты был на 30 человек. Сам отель, ресторан, еда, атмосфера были очень хорошими. НО! ОЧЕНЬ БОЛЬШОЕ НО! ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ! Мы впервые столкнулись с таким отвратительным обслуживанием. Официантки АБСОЛЮТНО НЕ ХОТЕЛИ РАБОТАТЬ! Их все время приходилось где-то искать, когда мы их находили, то они неохотно нас обслуживали. Напитки нам пришлось разливать самим, мы все время просили обновлять наши тарелки, выносить напитки и еду. Официантки абсолютно не умеют и не хотят работать. В любом уважающем себя ресторане, персонал и руководство сделают все для того, чтобы торжество и заказчика прошло на высшем уровне. К сожалению должного обслуживания мы так и не дождались. И такого халатного отношения к работе мы еще не встречали. Только поэтому впечатление оставило желать лучшего. Больше мы не будем бронировать и отдыхать в данном ресторане. Уважаемое руководство Silky Way смените ваш персонал!
