一直喜歡住全季，喜歡全季的乾淨，安靜！還有全季的味道！ 訂房單頁明明顯示入住有水果，同時辦理入住的時候。旁邊的人也有，就我跟同事沒有。。。不知道是以貌取人還是區別對待，我回到房間打電話前台才説馬上安排機器人送來。。。。這種服務真的有損形象，搞得客户跟要飯的一樣！ 確實生氣！
