Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

We are first time in Maldives and it's really amazing place. You may have lot of things to do in island and foods are really delicious. They also have buggy service to bring you to restaurants. Spa is so relaxing and the massage was so good, thank you Gagan and Rahul for your service.

Amazing location, rooms, restaurants and spa. Nothing to complain about. Ranul and Marh were both fantastic in the spa and I relaxed straight away. It took a long time to get here from Sydney but well worth the trip. The photos on line are true to the resort

Currently at the resort and am very happy with everything!! Have been following the reviews for the hotel for quite a while and they are spot on! Incredibly beautiful clean location with fabulous food and service! Definitely worth the long trip and a check on the bucket list!!

We arrived resort yesterday and everything is amazing. starting from Arrival, our room, food , staff and all the outlets are amazing. Nikita from Front office help us to book massage and other activities. if You have any issue just look for Nikita she will try her best to find solution for you. Gagan and Mara did massage for us and it was one of the best for us so far. we recommend every one to visit this resort and try all the outlets and Spa is must.

Barbara and Rani were wonderful and very attentive! They made my wife and I feel refreshed and relaxed. It was 5 stars from beginning to end!
