My favorite hotel in Maastricht

Hotel staffs were friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. Definitely can improve on cleanliness. The coffee cups and spoons in our room had stains, the rug around the bed was so old and gross looking and there was even a dead baby cockroach stuck on the wall. Free vanity kits and tubes of lotion were unnecessary.

Clean and good hotel , but no dinner option in night

Beautiful location next to the Geuselt. Everything easily accessible.

Room was not clean. Hair in bed, hair in bath. Toilet was not clean. Beds were good. The hallway in the hotel smelled musty.

Nice hotel with spacious room with all amenities. Fridge, kettle, TV. No hangers in the closets. Toilet was dirty. Bathtub leaked so always wet floor. Good affordable parking across the street. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

It's suitable for business. The heating in the room doesn't work well enough. There are green apples and mints at the front desk. The price is okay.

It's a decent hotel, but there is no public transportation around. It's more convenient to drive by yourself. The facilities are relatively new. The staff speaks English very well and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel's American "industrial" decoration style is simple and the facilities are old, but the front desk staff are very friendly.

There is a park around and it is relatively quiet. The breakfast has few varieties and is generally average.

Spacious suite with sufficient amenities. The coffee machine did not accept Nespresso capsules. Breakfast was mediocre. There is insufficient space for all guests to have breakfast at the same time. Ample and free parking space close to the hotel
