Very pleasant experience, 5star experience for sure. You really get what you pay for and more. We were lucky enough to be given special and upgraded experience for free. We were given free access to the M Club Lounge, free snacks 24/7, dinner, cocktails, breakfast and even complementary coffee from the cafe on the GF and in room minibar. Breakfast at theGoji is also a must have. Everyone was so nice too! Very nice and kind people. The ****** is on the same building. Definitely coming back here and hopefully we get the free upgrade of the day again!

I booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch!
The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Clark Marriott Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was my son's birthday during our stay, and the staff even decorated the room a little for him, which was such a nice surprise. As a bonus, they also upgraded us to a bigger room which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

needed a room to stay the night and Marriott was affordable on Trip.com.
experience was splendid! all the way from check in to check out!
room was comfortable and we do not have a single complain. the room was clean and service was first-class. love the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel that was provided.
i loved the mini lotion and requested for more during check out. receptionist did not hesitate to call housekeeping to provide more!

Absolutely raving about my recent stay in Clark Marriott! From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. And then, the cherry on top: a free room upgrade! The room was stunning, spacious, and incredibly comfortable – truly felt like a home away from home, but better!
The access to the M Club was another highlight. It was the perfect retreat, offering fantastic amenities, delicious bites, and a serene atmosphere. It added such a luxurious touch to my trip.
A huge thank you to the staff for making my visit so memorable and for these wonderful perks. I can't wait to come back!

The room size was decent, but as soon as we entered, there was a pungent odor, and it was quite humid inside, likely due to the air conditioning. One of our rooms even lacked complementary tea bags and such. Plus, the velvet surface of the sofa felt damp, which was very uncomfortable.
