O hotel é de frente para a praia de imberiba. Uma praia calma, boa pra quem estiver com criança. A vista é muito bonita.
O quarto estava limpo. É confortável .
O café da manhã é bom. Nada muito sofisticado, mas satisfatório.
Faltou produtos de higiene como shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Era um dispenser que nao tinha quase nada e não funcionava direto. Solicitei sabonete e eles me trouxeram 1 desses pequenos em barra. Não trouxeram shampoo e condicionador.
É possivel ouvir barulhos e conversas dos outros hóspedes dos quartos ao lado.
As camas eram confortáveis.
Area da piscina muito boa. Porém no dia que cheguei, estava em manutenção. Era uma quinta-feira.

Pedi para entregarem (ontem 29/03 por volta das 20h ) um documento para um hospede (apto. 505) e eles não entregaram, o hóspede perguntou para recepção se deixaram o documento e pelo que o hospede havia dito hoje pela manhã, eles não confirmaram o recebimento do documento. Hoje 30/03/24 a tarde irei retornar pessoalmente na recepção do hotel em Macaé, para saber o motivo do documento não ter sido entregue. Resumindo, agora estamos com problema para embarcar o material no aeroporto para por causa deste desaire.

Trabalho com turismo e sempre estou levando meus grupos para muitos lugares, mais esse hotel me surpreendeu desde o primeiro atendimento via whatsapp com a Letícia até o dia que saímos do hotel foram 3 dias magníficos que não tem nada a reclamar, e carnaval estou indo novamente e muitos dos clientes já querem voltar, (TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS ESTAO DE PARABÉNS)

Café da manhã, simples, porém ok Internet, ok Funcionários, educados e prestativos ! Móveis dos quartos ok ! Colchões muito velhos e sujos, cortinas sujas, manchadas e empoeiradas, Roupas de camas em condições ruins de higiene Não recomendo !

O hotel é escolhido por tudo o que proporciona na sua descrição. A piscina do hotel estava interditada o fim de semana inteiro para eventos particulares. Não tem problema em locar o espaço, porém deveria ser avisado no site que para aquele período não haveria a piscina disponível.
