Café da manhã razoável, com serviço pouco treinado, atrapalhando o fluxo dos hóspedes no acesso à comida. Quarto com cheiro de guardado, frigobar com garrafinhas de água, vaso sanitário vazando e molhando o chão do banheiro e recepcionistas situados na escada, fora do balcão. Enfim, algo que precisa de um bom “banho de loja”. Empresas que usam este estabelecimento deveriam averiguar mais as condições oferecidas pelo curato cobrado.

O colaborador Williams é um excelente garçom, sempre atencioso e prestativo. O hotel é bom, tem suas limitações, pois é um hotel antigo. De toda forma, os quartos são bons, com exceção dos colchões que precisam ser trocados. O principal é a localização que é a beira mar.

Tive a oportunidade de ficar apenas 2 dias hospedada e foi uma otima experiência, o quarto que fiquei era bem amplo, a cama enorme. A sauna foi um diferencial, eu amei. O atendimento da recepção é incrível, funcionários super solícitos e cordiais. Ótima localização também.
