O hotel fica na beira do Rio Amazonas. A estrutura é boa, com um bom café da manhã. O ponto negativo são os colchões e os travesseiros: não são adequados para o nível e preço cobrado desse hotel. Coloco uma boa nota principalmente para a educação e profissionalismo dos funcionários.

Excelente serviço em todos os setores do hotel. Excelente café da manhã, muito acima do que eu esperava, tanto em termos de qulaidade quanto variedade. Hotel limpo e ambiente agradavel. Elevador panoramico, com vista para o rio. Em minha opinião, é o melhor hotel da cidade. A cama é um pouco mais dura do que eu gosto. O box do banheiro precisa de remoção de limo em alguns rejuntes. O restaurante é muito bom,. Serve bem e o preço é bem adequado para a qualidade. De modo geral, a estadia foi bem agradavel.
