Facilities: The room facilities are new, the mattress is very soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's swimming pool is a major highlight, with a beautiful and quiet environment. The hotel also has a gym, a heated swimming pool with a constant temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, and a small hot spring pool with massage jets. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation. It's comfortable to swim and soak in the hot springs in any season. Service: Thoughtful and attentive, the staff are polite and responsive. The hotel even upgraded us to a pool-view room for free. I will definitely bring my friends here again next time.

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
