Palazzo Versace Macau

Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs! We checked out at 12 PM, and by 3 PM at the Macau airport, we realized we'd left something behind. We immediately called the hotel, but their attitude was incredibly dragging. They kept saying they were looking for it but never gave a clear answer. Eventually, they said they looked and couldn't find it. How can such a large item, left right on the bed, be missed? Even if it was lost, they should have given a definite answer instead of delaying and shifting blame. Despite me repeatedly stressing that the item was definitely left in the room, they insisted their cleaning staff didn't see it and claimed it wasn't the hotel's responsibility. I made over a dozen calls, all to no avail. It felt like all show and no substance, completely failing to ensure a complete guest experience. There was even a hint that they considered the lost item unimportant. Just because it wasn't a bag or a watch, does that mean it can be carelessly discarded if left in the hotel? After we checked out at 12 PM, when the staff went to clean, they should have at least asked if we didn't want it or had simply forgotten it. This irresponsible attitude is truly disappointing and makes one question if Versace can even be called a luxury hotel when all their services are so superficial. Extremely disappointed!

I came to the Palazzo Versace to celebrate my birthday this time. The hotel gave me a cake and fruit platter, which were both delicious. I loved the luxurious environment. However, the gym was a bit small, so I had to go to the Grand Lisboa Palace for their gym and sauna facilities. Overall, I had a good experience 😊

My second stay here, and honestly, I can't find a single reason not to choose this place again. It's only after experiencing other hotels that you truly appreciate what works, what doesn't, what's good, and what's exceptional. The lobby has a luxurious and inviting aroma, and the overall color scheme feels elegant and warm. What I personally love most is its secluded and quiet location. The staff are incredibly attentive and deserve high praise.

The location is convenient, right next to Grand Lisboa Palace. They offer butler service, and there's a discount if you want to book a table at Mesa. The bed quality is excellent, and the Versace fabric decorations are incredibly smooth. Plus, they provided a complimentary fruit platter.

The most comfortable hotel experience I've had in Macau! The bed was incredibly comfy, and we even had a personal butler service. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and we got a fruit platter upon arrival. The service was polite and thoughtful. Next time I'm in Macau, I'm definitely staying at the Palazzo Versace again!

The world's third Palazzo Versace hotel, after the Gold Coast and Dubai, is located inside Grand Lisboa Palace, owned by Angela Leong. Everything here, from the bedsheets to the dinnerware, is emblazoned with Versace's iconic designs. The butler service is impeccable, always on call. The pool area at night is stunning, especially the outdoor Medusa statue. Breakfast is served à la carte at Jia Le Bar on the first floor; the food is delicious, and all the tableware is Versace. The only downside was the low standard of etiquette from some mainland Chinese guests, who wore slippers and spoke loudly, somewhat spoiling the ambiance.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, and so thoughtful. All the staff are polite and attentive, especially the room service and housekeeping teams. I really loved my spontaneous decision to stay here, and I'll definitely be back next time. Beautiful hotel and warm staff, will come back again. Best of best!
