The Venetian Macao

The room facilities were a bit old, which I can overlook, but the air conditioning vent was inside the room and made a constant, loud noise that kept me from sleeping. My room also faced a row of equipment, so I didn't open my curtains for the entire three-day stay. If it weren't for attending the sports event on the 17th and not wanting the hassle of moving, I would have definitely left. Paying over 4000 a night for the third night was absolutely not worth it! I really don't recommend The Venetian. Besides the shopping mall downstairs, which was also swarming with people and not very interesting, this stay was a very bad experience!

Staying here with kids was really inconvenient. We had to walk so far and take so many detours just to get to our room, and it felt like that for everything we did – it was exhausting! Breakfast was just okay, I wouldn't recommend booking it with the hotel.

This hotel is huge, offering accommodation, dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's connected to The Parisian, The Londoner, and Four Seasons, so it's best to study a map beforehand, or you'll be constantly asking for directions! Although the hotel has been around for many years, the facilities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the staff are very polite and attentive.

Our stay coincided with my elder's 70th birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake for them! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Knowing we had an elderly person with us, they kindly extended our check-out time until 2 PM, which was a truly considerate and detailed service. Our entire experience was excellent, and these thoughtful arrangements made this birthday trip exceptionally memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and very clean, and my child was so excited, saying they definitely want to come back next time. This time, because some floors were under renovation, they even upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. I absolutely loved the ladies at the front desk; they were very patient and provided excellent service!

The location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk directly to The Venetian, The Parisian, and The Londoner. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. The soundproofing is excellent, and the room is very large and spacious. This time, our family of three traveled together, and it's rare for all of us to be so satisfied with both the hotel's service and quality. Thumbs up! 👍

Good hotel. The room was clean and quiet! The breakfasts were superb! There were a lot of people in the hotel, but we were prepared for that!

Excellent! I always stay at The Venetian. The rooms are spacious, clean, and convenient. The front desk staff, particularly Lucy Rosie, even upgraded us to a room with a view for free! The hotel also sent a delicious cake for my husband's birthday. We are very, very satisfied!

Reporting live as a long-time fan! Every time I visit Macau, I choose The Venetian, but this time, a small detail really won me over ❤️. When I checked in, the front desk staff honestly told me that the floor I chose might have a bit of external noise during the day. To be honest, I probably wouldn't even notice that little bit of noise, but when I returned to my room at night, there was a box of Godiva chocolates and a small card on the table that read, "Thank you for your understanding and consideration." My good feelings towards them instantly skyrocketed 🍫. After staying so many times, their service details never disappoint—always kind and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!
