Pousada Marina Infante Macau

The facilities are outdated, and the service attitude is terrible. I've been to many times, but this is the first time I've booked such a supposedly bad hotel. It was a 'sea view' room, but it faced a 'lake' smaller than a real lake. The sink in the room wouldn't drain, and the bathroom only had a bathtub – the faucet practically fell off when I touched it. I had to stand in the tub to shower. There weren't even any tea bags, and for a suite, there were only two bottles of water. Service: I called the front desk to complain, and the female receptionist said, 'It's been 30 minutes since you checked in.' What does that even mean? Am I supposed to inspect everything the moment I walk into the room? Then she told me to find a staff member to fix it. The second time I called the front desk, a male staff member answered. I said I wanted to change rooms, but he seemed unwilling to let me, then said with a very poor attitude, 'Miss, if you want to change rooms, you have to come down to do the paperwork.' Honestly, for this price, I could have booked the Broadway. I was unhappy from the moment I checked in. They say it's convenient to go anywhere, but it's only convenient for Galaxy, everything else is far. Galaxy itself is far from everything. Never again. They even charged a 500 deposit. I decisively switched to another hotel. Never again.

Great location, right across from Galaxy Macau, making it super convenient to get to both Galaxy and The Venetian. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it's very clean, and they offer free luggage storage. A deposit is required, and you can pay with cash or Alipay.

It was pretty good. The surrounding area is very convenient with a mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were great, and transportation is very convenient – everything is close by. There are also many good food options nearby, and luggage storage was easy.

Great location, right next to Galaxy Macau. The newly built pedestrian bridge makes getting around even more convenient. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety, and the dining environment is very pleasant.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
