The service was just Ok. Did not have extra blankets for sofa bed. Breakfast was OK and was just a grab n go. Not a hit breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Real convenient to all the food places, shopping, and The Cleveland Clinic. Great site seeing of everything downtown. staff was great getting you to the Cleveland Clinic and back to the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!
