Hotel MA RA VI LHO SO!!! Vista incrível, localização excelente, funcionários muito educados, limpeza impecável. Perto de vários restaurantes e kiosks. Estou encantada. Com certeza voltarei outra vez. Eu daria mil estrelas, se pudesse. Estão de parabéns!!!

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã bem diversificado e boa gastronomia. Local super organizado. Porém teve duas situações onde eu me senti super desagradável com o local. A primeira foi que Gerente e recepcionista abriu a porta do meu quarto me pegando super desprevenida e me deixando no constrangimento tremendo. Motivo da entrada alegou que ia pegar uma cama onde estava no quarto e deslocar pra outro local, Bateram na porta por duas vezes e eu pedi identificação, sem responder abriram a porta sem minha autorização me pegando desprevenida, achei um absurdo. E como “desculpa” me deram apenas palavras pra minimizar tamanho constrangimento que literalmente nada justificou. Segunda situação, eu paguei por uma toalha extra, mas ao pagar NINGUÉM me informou que eu teria que ficar apenas 24h com ela no quarto. Esperam eu sair do quarto para entrarem sem minha autorização e pegar sem minha permissão. Ao retornar para o local, percebi que alguém havia entrado no meu quarto e mexido nas minhas coisas, confirmei com a gerente e ela mesmo me confirmou que teria entrado e recolhido. O correto seria passar a informação adequada para os hóspedes e não entrar sem autorização nos quartos e mexer em algo sem permissão. Achei a comunicação de funcionários para hóspedes com muitas falhas. Fora isso, a localização é muito boa perto de muito comércio, inclusive da orla, mas não é beira mar.

The hotel is amazing and the service is also! All the hotel's environments are very cool, the room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and beautiful! Breakfast is wonderful, a delicious! The location is great, too, near the main points, staff are quite careful, excellent experience, I will surely come back more times!

I love the service and structure ... excellent breakfast, well located, organized. It serves for anyone who wants to rest with the family or even cut with friends .... The beaches are wonderful, can bring your beer and consume in the barracks.

Hotel well located, suitable structure, clean and comfortable swab, tasteful food, good service. The values of the restaurant attached to the hotel are high, outside the reality of the region, the room is small, there is no pool in the hotel.

INTERCOTY MACEIÓ: Infelizmente PÉSSIMO FUNCIONÁRIO. Há 2 dias solicitando FERRO DE PASSAR PELA VOLTAGEM DIFERENTE do meu estado de origem! RECEPCIONISTA JADILSON extremamente debochado, disse para reclamar no site pois ELE NÃO ESTAVA AFIM DE OUVIR e sorriu. NUNCA em toda minha vida passei por uma situação tão desconcertante. É um desserviço que mancha a reputação de toda uma rede, não indico e nunca voltarei a nenhum hotel dessa rede por subentender que a rede INTERCITY é conivente com essa tratativa!

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

Super confortável, funcionários excelentes café da manhã excelente, comida muito boa e barata, cama muito limpa cheirosa ,banheiro muito limpo e ducha muito boa , piscina muito limpa e organizada, muito próximo a praia, supermercado próximo e barato , cidade muito acolhedora e limpa , cidade muito boa que ganhou meu coração em todos os aspectos. Praia linda , passeios inesquecíveis que ficaram na memória
