Great first impression but slowly went downhill. Check in was great with a very friendly employee. We went up to our room and found an extra remote shoved in the pull out couch. We couldn’t tell if the sheets had been changed due to the strange remote position and the popcorn spilled under the couch. The following day, the entire floor reeked of pot each time we went into the hallway. All of the three ice machines were broken. Our room was never serviced so we had no towels—and if there is a reduced housekeeping policy, it was not communicated at check in. Very disappointed.

There was a hockey group staying the same time we did! The kids were slamming doors, screaming, running down the hallways, the parents were not present and these kids were young. They were jumping on the beds, banging on the walls, we absolutely got zero sleep. When we checked out all the lady said was “ I am sorry they were placed on every floor” well in my eyes that is not ok, the amount of noise the kids made was to the point my purse that was hanging in the closet was rattling.
