Roaches crawling over my belongings. feared them crawling me while i slept. Got no sleep. Only fan worked on AC/ heater. coffee maker but no coffee. no real blanket, just the thin bedspread, which everyone knows are always suspect for bodily fluids. Carpet unswept, ground in grunge in fibers.

The provided facilities were not as represented on your site in any respect except pricing. The insect problem is hazardous as is the condition of some electrical and electronic equipment. There is some resentment of honoring online discount bookings on the part of the operators. Full refunds are legally warranted

Although the room was ok, the property is very understaffed,I actually had panhandlers knock on my door begging for money, there is little to no security. I was approached by a ********** as well. I stayed there because it was in my travel budget for work. But I will NOT be returning

Room was stinky, floor dirty with dead roaches on bathroom floor. No staff available, I booked for two days and and only stayed for one. Booked non smoking room but it smelled like it was a smoking room. I had to book another hotel which was much better.

The place was filthy. Roaches crawling everywhere. The place is run down and could use some updating. No wash clothes to take a shower. Overall a terrible place. Would not recommend it to animals let alone other humans

Sleeping in my car would have been preferable to the room I got. Everything ******. I was told the room was ready, it wasn't. No liner in the trash bins, no tissue in the tissue box. There were two remotes for the TV which neither worked. I couldn't get anything to eat because the room was closed. There was 'activity' going on outside my room all night. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting at motels. Never again.
