This was our third time staying at this resort. We always enjoy our stay, the staff are friendly, the rooms and pool are always clean. Close to shopping and the beach is clean and not too crowded. Great view of sunsets.

Spent 1 week at Shoreline which was a relaxing getaway as an adult only resort. Service was spot on. Accommodations were ideal for us as a couple as was the location. Johns Pass Pier was a casual 15 minute walk and there are a few bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Our room balcony faced the Pool, Beach and Gulf. The Beach is pristine and was not over-crowded unlike Clearwater Beach considering it was Spring Break. We are considering a return there next year.

Nice waterfront resort with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. On a busy road so a bit noisy but the sound of the surf is great.

Despite rather unseasonably cool weather , we enjoyed the stay. Heated swimming pool a bonus.
great views of the miles of endless beach. Property right on the beach. We had a full kitchen appartment with a large balcony overlooking the beach and coast.Staff were very attentive to requests.

Our third year at Shoreline and as good as the other two. Of course the weather and the beautiful beach had a lot to do with it--both were perfect. Add that to adults only, the accommodating and friendly staff, the size of the room with recliners to watch TV (we watched a lot of basketball), and DVDs on the provided DVR. Hoping next year the balcony door gets an uplift, but nothing can dim the ocean view from the room and the balcony. Heading back again next year!!

my visit to shoreline..was excellent..in the 14 days, i stayed there...the staff were very nice and helpful, very clean, very close to restaurants..johns pass(tourist attractions)..everying was just wonderful..didnt want to return home....i, also booked for next year

The sign from the street was not visible enough to prepare to turn in to driveway. Parking was very nice. The room was fine, but the big dirt/ sand pile in the middle of the room we stepped in when first entered was upsetting. The view from balcony was nice, could use better chairs and table. But comfortable enough for morning coffee.The Continental breakfast was grab and go, bars and yogurt. Pool was clean but cold.Being adult only was the best. Quiet most of the time, which made excellent sleeping. The beach was clean, but charging for chairs was a bit steep for guests. Good stay all in all.
