The location is great, it's across the street from the beach, restaurants are all around in easy walking distance, pool is kept up. I can't really comment to much on the rooms, because we had the smallest one, but it was efficient, it looks like they put some money in to making the rooms more efficient. All in all it was a great stay, and Anthony at the front desk will take care of your needs. Thank you Holiday Isle!

This place is old and worn down. It has not been maintained well at all. The floor was filthy, and the shower was moldy. Linens at least were clean. The door/doorframe is so warped that when people are smoking outside, the smell of cigarette smoke infiltrates the room. The a/c unit did not work well; it was set at 65 and still was warm in the room. The staff was nice enough but I definitely would not stay here again for the price we paid. You can pay the same price and find something much nicer in this area.
