We arrived at 12:30 am and was told a room went out of service and they had to give our room to someone else. We had nowhere to stay and had to drive 4 hours home. Will never book this hotel again

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Very friendly people at the front desk. Hot items on the breakfast bar, waffle maker and cold and hot cereal and other items. Something for everyone. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate out all day. We will stay there again if we are back in that area. It's right off highway 20 for very covenient for travlers.

No phone in room. No extra blanket. Loud A/C unit. Loud guests in pool in middle of the night. No shelves in mini-fridge.
