Sleep Inn

We have stayed at a few “Sleepin” motels while traveling and were greatly impressed with what we received for the money we paid for a night’s rest. This Madison motel was disappointing. Parking lot is so weird I cannot begin to describe it. Took a half hour to get a wifi connection on my Apple computer. Our king room had no microwave. Number of electrical outlets did not match our electronic devices. Positives - quiet, comfort of bed, superb shower.

1st rm, bathroom pocket door didn't work, moved to 2nd rm facing road. Construction across the street was loud. Ice machine broken for entire stay. Breakfast not appealing. There was 3 people in the room, we had to take turns going across the room due to small space. Bathroom space VERY small, one of our 3 people was 6ft tall, so didn't work great.

We stayed her the night of Feb 16 2026 in room 205. We found it to be clean though small. I thought the pocket door to the toilet area was fun but because the handle on the inside was missing, one couldn't close it all of the way and still be able to get out! Shower only, no tub and a small sink area, We did have a problem with too much light getting in the room. The price was good for this day and age.

Great museums to visit, Great churches. Had good Italian food. An art museum had a Friday night opening just in time for us to enjoy it. Traffic not bad.

The front end staff was very kind; the room was poorly cleaned it was musty and smelled the shower area had hair on the stall wall and no shampoo in the despiser *also large amount of blood in the parking lot area plus a guy sleeping in his car!

The room was clean. The door to the room was hard to open and close. The pocket door for the bathroom was broken. The back door to the outside was not locked like most hotels and the mattresses were not comfortable

Freindly staff, nice clean room (comfy bed) Free coffee day and night, pleasantly surprised for the money.

Staff was friendly at check in after that kind of indifferent. Room was clean but there were only 2 small towels for 2 adults for a 3 night stay. The towels had hairs from someone’s weave or wig in them. Had to have door key reprogrammed each day as it stopped working every morning.

Everything was great! Nice room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit skimpy... otherwise it would have been a 5 instead of 4.
