We had a wonderful stay! Just in case any one wants the best view, you should book a suite. The suite rooms are on the top floor. Great view of Madison! The jacuzzi was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. If you are staying in the warmer months then I would pack a fan. The room only has one air vent, so it doesn’t get very cool and the jacuzzi gets hot. For the colder months, the fireplace is a great option! The picture is the view from our room.

OLD ROOM NEEDS PAINT. TOO MUCH VANILLA SPRAY
OVERCOMING ODORS. NO REAL AMENITIES IN BATHROOM.
NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. REVIEWS OF EXCELLENT, AND OUTSTANDING NOT ACCURATE.

The room was clean. The toilet and sink were a bit low to the ground. There was a machine in the corner of the room behind a recliner. It had a hose hooked to the wall. It appeared that hose was somewhat disconnected and the hold let to the outside. It didn't really affect the room temp that much, but that was all that was out of place.

Nice balcony view overlooking town and river. The inn is a bit outdated but clean, the staff was nice, and Madison is a nice place for a weekend getaway.

The room was great. The view was nice but comes at the cost of traffic noise on the main street below the hotel. I think the walls of the private balcony funnels the sound of occasional loud mufflers into the room.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The young man who cleaned my room found my medications I left and called me right away so I was able to return quickly before I was out of town. I loved this place and will return.

Never had balcony room as i was facing the back of the property. Housekeeping decided to just walk right into my room without knocking or announcing. I left a night early because i feel my privacy was invaded. Was told i wouldnt be charged for the night i didnt stay and would get a new receipt emailed to me.. did not. If i have to go back to Madison i will not be staying there
