Be sure to write room preference on website. Do not trust the phone call when you made reservation. We were told we’d have a water view third floor but we got the first floor off the lobby and near outside bar on opposite side. No privacy with people coming up outside stairs by windows. Lights on porch bothersome at night. Room dark They would not change our room though we are ( or have been) repeat customers.

Our stay at the Madison Beach hotel was beyond an amazing experience. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure your stay with them is nothing short of amazing. Jeremy called a couple days prior asking us if there was anything we needed prior to arriving. Matthew and Wahied were so kind and helpful during our stay. We felt like VIP's from the moment we walked in the door. Kim who was our server Thursday night for dinner was great. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back when the weather is warmer.

This place is a great little getaway!! Besides this being a wonderful hotel,with a great view, great rooms and first class hotel staff, I specifically want to give a special call out to the Guest Service Manager Wahied who went above and beyond to make us feel like we were special and appreciated. He exemplifies what true excellent customer service is and was amazing to deal with. The hotel encountered a small issue which was out of his control but Wahied had the unfortunate task of having to call us to advise us of the issue. Not only was he a true gentleman to speak with but he also did everything possible to resolve it. Thank You Hilton for having someone like Wahied working for you! For people like Wahied is the reason I look forward to returning to your hotel in the near future! Thank You Wahied for being amazing!!

What made Madison Beach Hotel's beautiful property really stand out for us is its stellar customer service. Every single staff member my H and I encountered was friendly and eager to offer assistance. On our last night we enjoyed a delicious dinner overlooking the Long Island sound and had a waiter who could not have been more gracious. We look forward

It was a fantastic experience. We started with delicious lunch at the Wharf Restaurant. The room view was spectacular. Sunset, sunrise, fireplace, a glass of wine. Staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and friendly and explained everything in detail. Special thanks to the receptionist. We believe his name is Matthew. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic stay at a stunning resort. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Property was pristine, staff at the front desk were all professional and friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms are huge with amazing views. Even though we went in March, not typical beach season, we were able to have drinks outdoors (heated) and take a long walk on the beach. Drinks at the bar and dinner at the restaurant were both terrific.

Toilet in room did not work which is excusable at this price point. Needed new plunger mechanism which is ridiculous given what I paid for room. Everything else was outstanding.

Stopped at this location while traveling between 2 places. Found a hidden gem. Definitely plan to come back for a proper vacation.
