We are paying $232 per night each for 2 rooms and no housekeeping service! Apparently we have to stay three days for that luxury which was never mentioned. We were told "sorry we didn't tell you." Are we in a Best Western? What a let down for the Marriott brand! We spoke to reception twice, the shift manager as well as the actual housekeeping person. All promised our room would be done. Nope. Stay here if you don't want your towels changed, your garbage emptied or your bed made for 3 days. There must be a better option! It feels like the manager is powerless. We went down and spoke to her in person. She was nice but unwilling or unable to offer us anything for this. We get better service at cheaper hotels. Rooms and bathrooms very nicely appointed. Lobby bar also very nice and well attended. Pleasant, friendly staff. Star of the show is Eno Vino, with amazing food, drinks, and 10th floor views.

The location is the best point for this hotel, the room smelled weird (like bathroom odor) all over, the key card was pretty faulty, and it was hard to get inside the room the first time, you gotta be patient and try many times, same happened at the elevator.

Nice location, hotel looks nice but definitely not quiet as someone mentioned before. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant place with the view but the breakfast options/buffet was poor. Also, even though they said house-keeping only every other day, we didnt get any within our 3 nights stay. Janett came only at 2:15pm the 2nd day to ask if we want to clean the room, we said yes, that we leave in 40minutes, she said OK but then never made the room. Will not come back for sure. All the other hotels in Madison we used before was better.
