Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Although I was there due to a family emergency, my stay at the Best Western was satisfactory. The staff was kind, attentive, and made a difficult time a bit easier — truly appreciated. Will stay brook again.

Great location, basic rooms, clean, expensive for what it is. Not flexible with late checkouts. The restaurant is not worth it. The bar/restaurant needs a major facelift + a new menu. They have events on the top floor; they should make that the bar area. The service was amazing the first time we stayed; however, the last time was mediocre at best. The bellhop team was so kind and helpful, and they should get a lot of shout-outs! We didn't use the amenities, but they looked very nice and clean.

It is an attractive hotel in the perfect location across from the Capital building. The room and hotel is very clean and the staff is very accomodating. The restaurant (Post) is reasonably priced for the quality of food and once again the staff is very attentive.

Honestly, the thing that stood out to me the most was my experience at the front desk. I accidentally booked the hotel for the night before I was actually arriving, which I didn't realize until I arrived to the hotel. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful, helping find me a room for the night around 9:30 PM. The next morning, I was taking step 1 of medical boards, so having a comfortable place to stay was vital. I can't remember the guys name who helped me, but like I said I arrived at around 9:30 PM on February 13 and he came out to help me. He's an awesome employee and should be well valued at your company, he gained my loyalty to this hotel anytime I come to Madison in the future.

The room was spotless. We stayed at the king suite and it was a nice 3 nights stay for a family of 4. The kids slept in the sofa bed and enjoyed their own space

Hotel is good and location great but one shower and hot water ran out, weird and huge bummer.
