Was fun to stay here. Specific rooms that are pet friendly and an additional $40 (not with capital view which was disappointing). The pool area is very fun but could have been more thoroughly cleaned, especially the hot tub. Great staff! Parking was reasonable at $18.

We drove to Madison Wisconsin to visit with my cousins and attend Tina the Musical. My cousins recommended that we stay at the Concourse Hotel as it was close to the Musical and Dinner location. The location of the Concourse was perfect along with the excellent customer service provided by everyone especially Zach when we checked in. In addition, the Courtesy Van Gentlemen was able to drive us to the theatre as my partner has mobility issues. Thank you for making our stay memorable and making it so easy to enjoy our time in Madison.

I made reservations months before our planned stay at this hotel. I requested connecting rooms with the family traveling with us. When we checked in the staff was unable to satisfy this request. I was very disappointed. We are able to easily hear the people in the next room. The nightstand was sticky as if soda had been spilt on it. It just didn’t meet my expectations for the cost.

I love everything about this hotel. From the front desk to the maintenence staff, some of the best I've seen. Always professional and willing to provide top notch service on every visit. You cant beat the location for entertainment and dining options. My first choice for every visit to Madison

Our family loves this hotel!!! We come in the summer to visit family and it's in perfect walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been staying here for years and always spend time relaxing at The Governor's Club!!

Bedding was comfortable, room too small for our family with older kids. Shower was so strong! Lack of hooks made it hard to hang stuff and towel for reuse. Swimming pool and hot tub was great but got busy on a Friday night with multiple families and little kids running around. Food was great and reasonably priced.
