Confusing your parking is WEIRD! Your front desk person TOTALLY confused us! Took a left went to outside garage HAD NOOOO IDEA that you park there & walk BACK!! Took us about 15-20min AFTER we stopped someone what to do- & he gave us a card which was more confusing when went back in CONFUSED he said well i shouldn't have given that to you! OMG CONFUSING!

I’ve stayed at hotel indigo several times. By far one of my favorite hotels in Madison. Great atmosphere, food, welcoming staff.

Everyone was really friendly and professional. The hotel is your stylish, and in some ways over the top, but also kinda fun - it’s an old paint factory and they don’t let you forget that with the decor. Really convenient if you’re seeing a show at the Sylvee.

Highly recommend this hotel to all… we traveled as part of a family vacation and found the rooms to be very quiet and clean. As a family planning to see the local downtown sights (The Capital, Children’s Museum, UW campus, restaurants, etc), the FREE shuttle was an amazing bonus. The front desk staff was exceptional, constantly checking if we needed anything, making local recommendations and even suggesting where to find the best parking. The behind the scenes staff were equally amazing when we realized that we had forgotten a cherished childhood blanket and they rescued it from the laundry for us to retrieve. We will book here again for sure!

Unique, quirky hotel. Really liked how many original paint factory details were preserved. Room was functional, but quite comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. On-site Palette Bar & Grill was a huge surprise to the upside. Dinner and breakfast were genuinely great with friendly service and outstanding food. Convenient location not too far off I-90. Large parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

Madison Indigo is all good. We enjoyed the King Suite … plenty of space to spread out and unwind. We especially enjoyed watching some of the March Madness games on the larger new TV. And the room layout is nice too with a quasi separate living area from the King Bed … but Indigo, if you’re reading this, please improve the pillows. They are much TOO LARGE (and thick) too sleep comfortably with, without risking a stiff neck in the morning. Also, be aware that the hotel is currently surrounded by construction. Surrounded.
