酒店有些年頭了，部分重新裝修過，衞生間有點小，早餐基本每天都差不多，酒廊呢飲品挺豐富的，大堂有個小酒吧，晚上挺熱鬧的。

The bartenders and workers made it so much fun, we returned the next night. Kudos to Jennifer, Allison, and Will. Great fun. They were affable, informative, and patient with all out of our inquiries. Just down to earth people on a busy busy weekend.

I went to check in at 230 and was told to come back at 315. Check in was at 3:00. Once I came back I was told I wasn’t getting a king room due to a late check in! Even though I was there early. I was told that ******* overbooked their king rooms by 30 rooms. I specifically wanted a king room and then got 2 double beds.

The hotel was nice and the bar area was good. We were attending an event that was at the Alliant Energy Center, so location perfect. I would have given a higher overall rating, but I had booked a King room through ******* and was given a double without explanation. When I brought it up, no discount or offers were made to me.

Location was the reason we chose this property-to attend an event at Allianz Energy center. The lobby area is modern and inviting. After that, it is not what I would call Sheraton standards. I reserved a King room but received a double “Queen” which is not really that. They replaced Queen beds with full size mattresses. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, our heater was physically broken with parts laying on the floor and it was obnoxiously loud every time it kicked on. Staff was great-this just isn’t really a Sheraton level brand of product.

We reserved a room with a king size bed and did NOT get that. We got two queen size beds.

Khadeja was phenomenal! She answered all my questions and gave me really good recommendations for restaurants in the area. I had a really nice stay and will definitely be back!

The whole experience was wonderful, as always. But, Will the bartender was especially friendly and accommodating. I stay here at least once a year, for the Midwest Horse Fair, and although it is always a wonderful experience he made it even better.
