The attendant at the desk was very kind and helpful, and the check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, once in the room, the tub faucet was broken and I nearly fell into the tub when I went to pull up the shower knob on top of the faucet. The showerhead needed replacing, it caused the water pressure to be crazily all over the place. The curtains were removed and they replaced them with pull-down shades. That wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the spotlights out in the parking lot shining into the room around the edges of the window shades. Also if you were outside the window, you could see into the room around the edges of the shades! The toilet also ran constantly all night long. We were exhausted from the trip down there and didn't discover these problems till it was time to shower and get into bed. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner worked well.

The staff was friendly during check in and at breakfast time. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and hallways, common areas and outside were clean and well kept. The location was central to where we needed to be for the weekend. A

The room was very clean. You can tell they actually clean the floors. This is something I don't see most of the time. It was great!! The breakfast needs some improvement - they don't leave out any fruit, and there weren't any bagels the 2nd day I was there. The biscuits need to change. They were bad. But if you are looking for a very clean room this is the place!

Property was the best hotel in the area, that's a plus!?!
Pool heater not working
Room was very small for a double room
Breakfast provided was okay, juices were out.
Overall, just old and unimpressive.
There is a saying in the service industry (hotel/restaurant) ... "You are either new and shiny OR old and dirty." This property was the latter.

Whatever they use to clean this place is noxious. Smells like they wallpapered the room with those Christmas tree car fresheners. Or maybe they didn’t clean it and just dumped a bottle of Febreeze? . Don’t trust the pictures, the place is old and in desperate need of an update. Staff is nice, but that is about the end of it. We checked in late or we would never have stayed last night. Lots of noise, walls are thin. An old cat patrols outside, wailing and whining all night. Seriously, I don’t mean to sound bitter but I didn’t shop well and didn’t sleep at all. The price is cheap in price but not worth it. I was just assuming that one of these hotels was as good as the others, but I was wrong. I’m literally sitting in the bed of the room right now as my wife books a different place for tonight. I doubt this hotel will refund us, but we don’t care. Try the Hampton Inns and Suites. It looks much better.

Room was clean. Smelled like smoke in hotel and the bathroom toilet would not stop running unless I took off the lid on the tank and pulled the lever.

The front desk worker on 8/26 was rude, unfriendly, and showed poor communication skills. I have 3 year old twins who were excited to see their aunt who also stayed at this property. When they saw their aunt, they yelled her name, as children typically do, and the front desk worker yelled, “Keep quiet, there are other guest here who are asleep”. However, it was 5pm, day time, and we were on the way out the front door. I can understand if they were running around the hotel screaming, however, they were not. They were excited to see their aunt and yelled her name as we were leaving the hotel. This worker lacks compassion, patience, and understanding of small children. I have never had any problems at hotels we stayed at in the past! In addition, the floor in our room at a red stain, stuffy, and the toilet was dirty! The worker needs more training in customer service and we will definitely think twice before staying here in the future.
