Worth it alone for the breakfast, especially if traveling with more than 2 people. I’d go so far as to say it’s of the same quality as something like ihop and absolutely stomps Dennys or Waffle House. Eggs, pancakes, a variety of breakfast meats, all the dairy products you could ever imagine, as well as dozens of pastries. Next level continental.

The room was musty and dirty. Sink and bathtub were not maintained. Coffee pot was unusable. Front desk was nice and friendly, but would not stay there again. Couch desperately needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Chose this for the Holiday Inn Express reputation. Very disappointed.

It was 10 pm when we booked a room here from the road. When we got there hardly any rooms were used but we were stuck in a room right next to a creaky elevator. Room was fine but had some maintenance issues in the bathroom with the fan not working and drywall tape coming off wall. There was also a dirty washcloth left in bathroom.

Great customer service! As a loyalty member, the upgrade perks are well worth it. I have plenty of room to stretch out and get my work done separately from my sleeping area. That alone makes it worth the expense. I would highly recommend this location!

Remote would not change channel or turn volume up or down, smell of moist air from a/c, sheets where still damp from washing. Was greeted very well at the front desk, location from interstate is great easy access

First of all we had problems getting the ac to work but we finally got it. NEXT my husband was laying in the bed and man from the hotel staff barged in our room spraying stuff and didn't knock and warn him he was coming in . I was in the pool with my son . I find that very disrespectful for the price we paid ... he told my husband people was complaining about the smell... next to add he kept passing the pool and watching me and my son . Needless to say we was very uncomfortable... it typically takes alot to make me feel uncomfortable but that man using us badge to come in our room topped the cake. My son even started looking for cameras in the room he felt so unsafe.

Check-in was quick and easy - Irene was very nice and made us feel at-home. The room was clean and comfortable after 11 hours driving from Florida. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am, but was not ready. The person in charge of breakfast was irritated folks were waiting for her to do her job. By the time she was ready, there were 20 people waiting to eat. Bacon ran out right away. Holiday Inn Express does breakfast at 6 am during the week, and 7 am on the weekends, under the false premise that people like to "sleep in." That is not necessarily the case. The Sweetwater HIE is mostly travelers - folks going from one place to another, who stop for the night. They want to get on the road as early as possible. That being said, breakfast at 7 am is breakfast at 7 am. Everything should hot and ready with enough food to handle the 7 am rush and with no attitude.

We have been traveling this past January/February of 2023 and have stayed at a number of hotels, and this was truly a disappointment, so much that I had to write this review! To keep it short…water pressure in shower and tub just a trickle, kept bumping into clothing drawer which wouldn’t close, clock kept gaining time after resetting, elevator flooring was cracked and coming up…potential tripping hazard, eggs were cold, juice machine broken, fresh fruit not fresh at all… the few oranges were very old, eating area was not given any attention! Hopefully these problems were remedied, especially in Rm. 308!
