Ideal location very central, hotel in excellent condition, they should just review the mattresses of both the double bed and the sofa bed which are not comfortable and not current

Abbiamo usufruito della spa dell’hotel Alpen Suite come ospiti esterni. Il centro benessere è dotato di zona piscina con parte idro massaggio ed in una zona a parte la piccola chicca: l’Alpen Green spa, intima ed accogliente! Ottima per passare un pomeriggio rilassante mentre fuori nevica! Al temine della spa mi sono concessa anche un trattamento viso idratante con Raffaella, spa manager, che con la sua eleganza dispensa consigli sul benessere e la cura di noi donne! E’ stata veramente una coccola e farò tesoro dei suggerimenti dati ☺️ Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca un momento di relax! Grazie mille!

Siamo già clienti del Riviera Golf Resort, altra struttura in gestita dalla stessa società. Abbiamo ritrovato il calore e la cordialità romagnola anche qui in alta quota! Struttura meravigliosa, camere molto ampie e personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Servizio da 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo

Just spend our skiing vacation at the Alpen Suite Hotel. Two families! Staff at this hotel are just absolutely amazing- thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant! Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Breakfast is very good - and again - breakfast staff were smiling and helpful! Transfer to skiing lifts works perfectly. Have only good things to say about this place!

La stanza era grande , pulitissima ,enorme, spazi simili sono difficili da trovare in Italia in montagna a mio avviso. Personale davvero molto disponibile ed attento durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Colazione varia ed abbondante. La spa e’ carina, la piscina più grande di quanto appaia in foto.

Prenotazione fatta ad Agosto per un Mezza pensione di 4 giorni, arrivato in hotel ho appreso che una nuova gestione era subentrata il 1/12/23. Questo era il terzo soggiorno, il primo con questa gestione. Confermo la pulizia, la gentilezza, la buona qualità dei prodotti, barman di livello, il servizio navetta. Cos'è assolutamente da rivedere: - Servizio colazione, troppa disorganizzazione. Devi acciuffare un cameriere per ordinare, poi il tempo di attesa é troppo. - Spa con musica dance/disco? ...forse sono stato in un parco acquatico? - arrivati a cena il cameriere mi dice che il coperto non è compreso e che possiamo ordinare solo due portate (tra antipasto/primo/secondo/contorno) + dolce. Mai vista una cosa del genere, no comment. Un consiglio: certe cadute di stile non fanno onore e non predispongono i clienti ad un soggiorno sereno. Chi prenota un 5 stelle generalmente ha qualche soldo da spendere e recuperare qualche euro sul trattamento HB certo non bilancia i mancati consumi, che un cliente contrariato va a fare altrove.

Alpen Suite Hotel, una meravigliosa scoperta. Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel a Campiglio prima di prenotare il nostro soggiorno invernale all'Alpen Suite Hotel. Nuova gestione, ambiente caloroso e accogliente. Servizio colazione ottimo, ricco e abbondante. Centro benessere curato ed ordinato. Camera ampia e spaziosa, oltre 45 mtq per 2 persone. Ottimo menù a la carte: piatti particolarmente curati, soprattutto nella preparazione Tre note di merito: - servizio navetta rapido e disponibile in ogni ora del giorno (più volte abbiamo chiesto spostamenti e ci hanno sempre accontentato) - massaggi: tra i migliori di sempre. Un esperienza totale - rapporto qualità prezzo. Non così comune nei 5 stelle Che dire, siamo stati davvero bene. Oltre le aspettative. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per qualche altro giorno di relax e benessere!
