Our group came for a ski vacation. We were late in arriving and the staff graciously rescheduled our 'Get to know the area' meeting. My husband wasn't feeling well one evening and they brought dinner to his room. The shuttle driver Bogdan went above and beyond, by helping us with our rental skis and was always smiling. Stephania in the dining room was always pleasant and had a lively sense of humor. My husband experienced two relaxing massages at very reasonable prices. On the day we left, the owner boarded our bus to say goodbye and wish us safe travels. In short, we felt like family while we were there.

Siamo stati due volti in residence, questa volta abbiamo alloggiato in hotel, camere riammodernate molto belle e spaziose, parcheggio interno disponibile, sala ristorante ben tenuta e curata, personale cortese, il centro benessere perfetto come sempre, disponibilità di cuscini, ambiente tranquillo, navetta disponibile per Spinale o 5 laghi, da loro sempre un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante.

Settimana dal 21 al 27 gennaio, dall'accoglienza alla partenza cordiali e sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta, a**osfera rilassante, spa completa di tutto ben tenuta, tante le varianti dall'idromassaggio alla sala relax, dal bagno turco alla sauna, piscina percorso sui sassi varie docce , tanta roba e tutto compreso nella camera, nessun extra. Servizio navetta veloce e comodo. Posizione ad un passo dal centro. Buffet prima colazione eccellente, tanta scelta e di qualità come anche la cena, con più scelte sempre variegate. Sono stata con la famiglia abituata ad andare a Campiglio tutti gli anni e tutti gli anni in alberghi di 45 stelle purtroppo quest’anno abbiamo prenotato due giorni prima della partenza ed abbiamo trovato solo questo albergo All’inizio abbiamo prenotato la mezza pensione ma dopo la prima cena abbiamo disdetto questo servizio in quanto la cucina non è assolutamente una cucina di montagna e curata come ci si aspetterebbe da un albergo a quattro stelle ma assolutamente una cucina datata e da pensione Le camere lasciano molto a desiderare i materassi sono stretti e piccoli Dopo una giornata sugli sci ci si aspetta un centro benessere caldo e accogliente invece l’acqua della piscina tra l’altro piena di bambini che fanno tuffi, è assolutamente freddina quindi siamo stati solo una volta. Nel passato di verdura al posto dei crostini di pane hanno messo come da foto , i cereali della mattina a colazione. Alla fine abbiamo fatto la colazione al bar in piazza e la cena nei vari ristoranti di Campiglio

L hotel è a pochi passi dal centro. Non modernissimo ma perfettamente tenuto e soprattutto pulitissimo. Il personale dal primo all ultimo di una gentilezza premurosa e al tempo stesso discreta. Cibo ottimo e vario. La Spa rinnovata merita. Accortezza massima in tempo di pandemia. L armadietto per scarponi e sci riscaldato una gran comodità, così come la navetta gratuita per Spinale e Cinquelaghi. Torneremo e consiglieremo.
