I really can't understand where those bad reviews come from! I just want to use pictures to tell people who are about to move in that staying at the current price is an almost perfect experience! It was difficult to contact staff; they didn't respond to messages. At check-in time, I didn't receive my check-in code because I had to check in myself. I had to contact staff repeatedly to get my room, which was exhausting. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was cracked and swollen, making it difficult to walk on. The bathtub was cracked, and the drains were clogged in both the sink and the bathtub. I do not recommend this hotel.

The worst customer service is non-existent. Do not book through trip.com you will be unable to check in hotel is hard to find no front desk to check in had to find other accommodation no refund given 100% scam

There's no hot water supply for two days during my 3 days trip. The response of customer service was quite slow. The noise between rooms couldn't be ignored although it's an old quality apartment.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was by far the most terrible experience I have ever had. The customer service only respond to whatsapp messages, and if and when they respond, there is no satisfactory solution. The room to my accommodation could not be locked. As I was in the accommodation for 2 nights, and had to attend a friends 40th birthday party, the situation was super stressful. After getting a response, that simply stated "The door won't lock when you close it." I replied "Correct. The easiest solution is to provide me with another room." I received no answer. I haven’t stayed there and had to go to a friends house and haven’t got my money back and no help from trip.com. Additionally, many people waited outside for hours, waiting for the Customer Service to send them the entry code to the building. Overall this was a TERRIBLE experince for me and other guests. The Customer Service Team should all be replaced.

Never book this place，it is totally a scam，i could not check in，could not contact the hotel and could not enter the building. They are freaking scamers，and criminals，they even threatened to beat me up.
