The hotel's location is superb, in the most convenient part of Madrid. Transportation is incredibly easy. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of the bustling area, and a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket is just a minute's walk away, which is incredibly convenient. They also have a 24-hour front desk. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are several on each floor, so it's not really an issue. The room itself is very spacious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Rooms are not as described. Thin walls so you can hear everybody´s conversations. Check in OK.

didn’t let me cancel or change dates even though i had full documentation of visa being delayed by the embassy!! NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL

The location is fantastic! The room was a bit small, but for the price and location, it's completely acceptable. The bathrooms are shared, but there are about four or five of them, so it was easy to avoid waiting, which was very reasonable.

It was a nice staycation, located at the city center of Madrid. Approachable and friendly staffs. The room is spacious,clean shared bathrooms, a complete kitchen equipment... surely we'll come back🥰🥰🥰🥰
