We booked here for two days, they accepted us. Then we renewed our booking for another four days, we were okay. Today was finishing our reservation but we renewed it two nights ago for another four days. In agoda, four nights, three persons. They sent me a notification there for the price of 8.00 each person, in total 102.00 euros. We booked it although in booking it was 25 per person the night. Today, at 12, the receptionist came angry and told us to leave until 4pm. We showed him the reservation and he said we booked four nights for one person. When I booked the reservation I double checked it and it was for 3 persons and for four nights. He told us to change it and make it for one person only (25 euros per person) although today it is 12 euros per person. I told him for my mother to stay here and me and my son ho leave. Then he told us for all of us to leave NOW and to cancel it. He even threatened us 3 times to bring the police, like we stole something. Like we didn't pay for it. We packed our things and we are currently in the streets. They left us again in the streets, the last minute and everything are booked and expensive. This is the second time they did this to us. A few days ago we booked in Rio Hostel and the last minute they sent us to Acacias. Then they cancelled it and sent us to Thirty One. There they kicked us out as "they were doing us a favor" although it wasn't our fault and we paid for it. Then they "did us a favor" and sent us to Hostel 165 for one night and gave us our money back. The both times they did this to us it was the last minute so we will spend the night in he streets. Now, our money will be back in our account on Monday. Until then? This company (XIAO FEI GUO JI SL) has many hostels in Madrid (Rio, Hostel 165, Hostel 18, Sofia hostel, Las Rosas, Thirty One, Acacias and Oasis) they are cons and thieves. Two times doing this to us is a pattern. When you all book in heir hostels and company be carefull. I think they have hostels in other countries too. Watch out to not steal you. Thieves and cons!

Great location. Close to center. Good wifi speed. Very helpfull receptionists.

Pretty crowded sometimes but I could work and sleep without any problem. My only concern was that AC didn't work at all, sometimes was pretty hot.
